The app stores the following data locally using on-device storage (Hive / SharedPreferences) to provide its core features:

Loyalty tier, points balance, and points history
Active service requests (room service, housekeeping, parking, concierge)
RSVP and event schedule
App preferences (pass format, notification settings, language)
Stay history and profile information you enter

All of this data is stored entirely on your device. It is not uploaded, synced, or shared with any server, cloud service, or third party.

2. No Internet Required

Casino Playground Pass Card functions entirely offline. The app does not make any network requests, does not send telemetry, and does not connect to any external API, analytics service, or tracking system.

3. No Third-Party Services

The app does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with third parties.

This website may use standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referrer) for operational purposes only. These logs are not linked to app usage and are not sold or shared.

4. Age Requirement

Casino Playground Pass Card is intended for users aged 18 and over. The app contains gambling-related content and is designed for Playground Casino guests. If you are under 18, do not use this application.

5. Security and Local Storage

Although no data is transmitted, we are committed to using appropriate on-device security practices. Account passwords are stored as hashed values, not plain text. You are responsible for the physical security of your device.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete all locally stored account data at any time from within the app via Settings → Delete Account. This action permanently removes all app data from your device. Guest mode sessions can be exited from Settings.

8. Changes to This Policy
